The Infrastructure group aims at providing total infrastructural needs of the site for Wireless as well as Wire-line communication networks, strictly adhering to standards specified by the customers.
1) Wireless (GSM /CDMA) Group:
Comprising of three sub groups
a) Civil Engineering group:
- Survey drgs and permissions
- Design and construction of various types of foundation, viz; for GBT, Rooftop tower, Shelter and DG.
b) Tower Group:
Design, Supply, Erection and painting of all types of GBT, Roof Top Towers, Poles, and masts.
c) Electrical/Shelter:
Complete Electrical wiring / Installation and commission work related to shelter, DG, AC’s and power controls.
- I & C of fire protection and alarm System
- Laying of RF cable and connectorisation
- Racks, Sub tracks and cable trays installation in shelter
- Installation of optical line termination Boxes including splicing and testing
- Supply and Erection of Shelters /AC’s / DG sets/ Power Panels
- Supply and I & C of power eqpts., SMPS, Battery Bank and controllers.
2) Wire line / Optical Group:
- Planning, Design, Installation and commissioning of Access and Backbone network
- Survey, Planning and implementation of OSP network (both U/G and Aerial/ OPGW)
- Installation and commissioning of Optical Transmission and DLC Eqpts.
- Supply and Installation of all types of Rack/ Sub racks/ Joint boxes/ Termination Boxes and Accessories.
- Supply and instl of DDF’s / MDF’s
- End to End Turnkey work for Long distance Optical links (both U/G and Aerial /OPGW)
3) OFC
- Arranging ROW permissions from Central, State and local bodies.
- Network planning, implementation & deployment of network elements for optical fibre & copper cable network as per the standard quality parameters laid down by the customer.
- Execution of route survey for optic fibre cable and copper cable laying work.
- Execution and Planning of Transport Network and Acceptance testing of OFC network.
- Execution of Blowing, Splicing and Termination of OFC.
- Execution of OFC & copper laying jobs by manual trenching, DBC machine, HDD machine and JCB machines.
- Laying of ducts, fixing of handholes, manholes and carrying out DIT (Duct Integrity Test).
- Preparation of As Built drawing as per the completed work.
4) Electrical Works
- Fixing of external cable tray, wiring from meter to shelter and tower antenna.
- Earthing for shelter and tower structure.
- Complete wiring inside the shelter & electrical room.
- Supply and installation of AC/DC distribution, D.G. Set, D. C. power system and battery plant.
- Supply and installation of Air conditioning unit with controller.
- Servicing of D. G. set and Air conditioners.
5) Tower
- Fabrication & Supply of angular and tubular towers as per the customer design requirement.
- Supply of Pole with different loads and wind speed, strictly adhering to standards specified by the customers.
- Construction of foundations, footing for ground based and rooftop towers respectively.
- Erection & Painting of ground based and rooftop towers anywhere in the country.
6) Civil Work
- Planning & implementation including earth work for grounding, interconnection with various elements.
- Construction of foundation for rooftop and ground based towers.
- Site preparatory work like structural design of foundation for ground and rooftop towers.
