		Mr. Mahendra Agarwal, Chairman: He is an Engineering graduate from Bangalore University and postgraduate in Business Management from USA. He is on the Board of Gati Limited as the Managing Director & CEO. He has pioneered the concept of express cargo movement in the country and has 28 years of experience in this Industry. He also holds the position of Vice-Chairman of TCI Finance Ltd., Vice-Chairman & Treasurer of Share India (Medicity), Board of Trustee - Indo-American Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Director of Deccan Enterprises Pvt.Ltd., and AP State Council Member of CII.
		Mr. Vikas Agarwal, Executive Director: He is a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management & Economics from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA. He is one of the promoter-Director and heads the Corporate office in Mumbai, assisted by a team of professional managers in charge of key functional areas like- Operations, Finance and HR. He is actively engaged in major aspects of the business. He additionally holds post of Director in TCI Industries Ltd., Director in Transcorp Housing Finance Ltd., and Trustee of Jiramdas Education Trust.

		Mr. SS Mahila Pandian, Sr. Vice President (HR & Admin): An Arts graduate, Mr. Pandian has a distinguished career of more than 31 years with TCI group of companies. He joined the group in 1979 in Transport division and held various responsible positions like Zonal Manager and Senior Manager. During this time he was also CEO of Wheels International Ltd. a Car rental company of the group and functioned as a Director in their Travel Division. He is presently a Director in M/s.Vispra Developers Ltd and TCI International Ltd. He is stationed at corporate office and looks after HR, Admin and legal.
		Mr. Anirudh Sharma, Regional Head: He is a qualified Civil Engineer having 12 years of experience in the area of telecom and Construction field like Building, Roads, Dam Sites etc .He is having good exposure and experience in Telecom field in Infrastructure and Networks Developments. He associated and worked with REAL, Nortel, Aster Tele services & TVSICS Ltd. He is stationed at corporate office and looks after Business development and projects execution across all the circles.
