Mr. Mahendra Agarwal, Chairman
He is an engineering graduate from Bangalore University and postgraduate in Business Management from USA. He is on the Board of Gati Limited as the Managing Director & CEO. He has pioneered the concept of express cargo movement in the country and has 27 years of experience in this Industry. He also holds the position of Vice-Chairman of TCI Finance Ltd., Vice-Chairman & Treasurer of Share India (Medicity), Board of Trustee - Indo-American Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Director of Deccan Enterprises Pvt.Ltd., and AP State Council Member of CII.

Mr. Vikas Agarwal, Executive Director
He is a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management & Economics from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA. A young and dynamic member of Agarwal family, Vikas operates from and heads the Corporate office in Mumbai, assisted by a team of professional managers in charge of key functional areas like- Operations,Finance and HR. In addition the Head(Network Solutions), GM(Infrastructure) and GM(Pers. &Admin)report to him. He is actively engaged in major aspects of the business including formulation of Policies. He additionally holds post of Director in TCI Industries Ltd., Director in Transcorp Housing Finance Ltd., and Trustee of Jiramdas Education Trust.

Mr SS Mahila Pandian, Vice President (HR & Admin)
An Arts graduate, Mr Pandian has a distinguished career of more than 29 years with TCI group of companies. He joined the group in 1979 in Transport division and held various responsible positions like Zonal Manager and Sr Manager.He held important portfolio in Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur and developed infrastructure facilities, supportive systems in Admin and personnel department.He was also Fleet Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Wheels International Ltd, a rental car company of the group. He also functioned as a Director in their Travel Division. He demonstrated his capabilities admirably in Business Development, Operation & Admin Control, Fleet Management and Personnel Management. He is presently a Director in TCI international Ltd and in Indian Warehousing Industries Ltd.

Mr. R. Muralidhar, Project Manager (South)
Having 26 years of experience in the area of Electronics and Telecommunication in India with an BE (Equivalent) in Telecom / Electronics from Indian Air force 1995. He has good exposure and experience in Communication Techniques, VSAT Mobile Telephones Optic Fiber, Multiplexing Digital Mobile Tropo-Communication, RF / VF equipment installation & maintenance and management & communication skills. Apart from that he has good exposure & experience in installation, commissioning & acceptance testing of optical equipment like TN 1X, TN 1C, TN 4X & TN 16 X of Nortel and Digital cross connect of Tellabs for service provider across India. Motorola Certified Professional in GSM BSC/ BTS BSS 11 & 12 for OMCR activities. He is stationed at Bangalore.

Mr. Mohan Kumar K.S., Project manager (Cochin)
He is a diploma holder in Electronics and Tele Communication. He is having 24 years of working experience in Electronic and Telecommunication in India. He has a good exposure in the area of electrical fit outs, earthling, BTS installation & commissioning as well as civil infra activities.

Mr. Sunil Charan, Project Manager (Maharashtra)
He is a diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering (AIME) & PGDM, IIM, and has a professional experience of 11 years spread in the areas of execution of Tower Foundation, DG set foundation, Tower erection, Eqpt. Room for GBT & RTT sites, Earthling & Electrical work for GBT & RTT sites. He has a good exposure in the areas of Liaisioning, Commissioning and Execution of Telecom Infrastructural Projects in India and Abroad. He is stationed at Pune.
