Company History
Our Company, TCI Telenet solutions Pvt Ltd, belongs to the well-known Industrial group, 'TCI'.The group has interests in diversified fields like Surface Transport (largest in India), Coastal Shipping, Express Cargo, Infrastructure Building, and Power Generation.
The Company was incorporated as TCI Realty (P) Ltd. in 1995 and has since been in operation. In 2002, the company entered Telecom business as a Telecom Service Provider. We undertake projects both in the field of wireless (GSM/CDMA) and wireline network implementation, including optical communication links (both underground & Aerial). Further, wireless rollout includes foundation and erection of Towers both GBT & Roof Top of all the sizes & types.
The company first entered the Telecom business of laying cables, supply / erection of Towers and civil foundation to Telecom operators like Bharti, Tata Tele services & Reliance. Since then it has made significant progress in infrastructure activities in the last two years.
With an aim to expand its existing Telecom business as well as to create a niche for itself in the Telecom industry, the company is repositioned as TCI Telenet Solutions Pvt Ltd. along with the formation of Network Solutions Group. This new group has been set up exclusively to undertake and dominate high end RF Engineering operations in wireless as well as wireline Telecom domains.

The Company's Corporate office is located in the heart of the financial capital at Nariman Point in Mumbai. Both Network Solutions group and Infrastructure group are headquartered at Pune.Circle offices are located in Bangalore, Cochin, Hydrabad and Kolkata.
